About Dr. George:

 

George Reklaitis teaches Modern Europe, Soviet, Cold War and World History at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ. He received his Ph.D. in World History and Soviet and Eastern European Studies from Northeastern University. His recent publications include, “Communities of Hate: Antagonistic Nationalism in the Twentieth Century,” published in the edited volume, Research in World History: Local and Global Interactions, and “Cold War Lithuania: National Armed Resistance and Soviet Counterinsurgency,” released by The Carl Beck Papers in Russian and East European Studies. He is currently the Chair of the History Department
